It allows you to reflect: I have made mistakes in my pronunciation, made mistakes in my devotion, made mistakes in my practice and in my interactions with others throughout my day. Kṣmāsya. Please forgive me. I strive to be a better person each and every day.

- Iron your t-shirts inside out and start with a lower heat setting. Designs and irons aren't always the best of friends.
